The winning candidate must be a true wordsmith, capable of telling stories that demand reader attention. The next editor must be a proven leader and know that discipline, enthusiasm and attention to detail are contagious. He or she will have demonstrable photographic and Web skills, and a working knowledge of the latest social media platforms.
Williston is a remarkable community, sitting atop the largest oil reserve in the nation.
