The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review seeks a business editor to lead a five-member staff in a highly competitive environment. This position requires an experienced and accomplished editor and manager with sound news judgment. Applicants must exhibit a track record of breaking news coverage, enterprise reporting and watchdog journalism. Western Pennsylvania is home to high-tech, health care, banking, aviation, retail, industrial and energy interests.
The Trib, circulation 200,000 and growing, is based in one of the few American cities with competing, independently owned newspapers. The newsroom is on the city's North Shore, between PNC Park and Heinz Field. Pittsburgh is a terrific news area and affordable place to live.
