Location: Somerset, NJ 

NJBIZ seeks a reporter to cover the pharmaceutical and energy industries. NJBIZ is New Jersey’s leading source of business news. Position is based in our Somerset office.

A competitive drive, a proven track record for digging up scoops, talent for developing sources, and strong writing and reporting skills are essential. The reporter must be able to file quickly and accurately for our daily Web report and then produce in-depth analyses for our weekly print edition. We seek a trustworthy, flexible self-starter with a positive attitude, sense of humor and commitment to teamwork. Candidates should have a minimum three years reporting experience, ideally at a business publication. Experience covering pharma and/or energy in New Jersey strongly preferred.
