Digital Editor, Architectural Digest Middle East - Dubai
ITP Media Group is seeking a talented, dynamic Digital Editor to launch and manage AD Middle East’s inaugural website.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s leading luxury media brands, and a chance to build an engaging new digital presence that is rooted in the GCC and has international resonance.
Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, the chosen candidate will be someone who understands the media landscape as a whole, but is specifically experienced in digital platforms and has a minimum of two years’ experience working at Digital Editor level for a design or luxury lifestyle brand.
Crucially, they must be upbeat, proactive and tenacious, while also being respectful and responsible. In short, using their own initiative while communicating and working effectively in a small, talented team.
With impeccable writing and editing skills, the right candidate will have proven experience working across both online and social-media platforms and web for desktop and mobile, and be adept at seamlessly moving between commercial and editorial projects with flair. SEO skills and capabilities, plus digital marketing experience are imperative for the role.
The Digital Editor will also manage a daily upload system that encompasses marketing collateral (newsletters, events and commercial competitions), and also any freelance image/video support required for specific projects. They may also contribute to the print edition of AD Middle East.
Candidates should appreciate that the role is Dubai and office based however travel on key projects may be required. Official hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm however out of hours work is expected on occasion.
